- The product arrived damaged or defective.

- Your package was lost in transit and not delivered.
Refund Conditions:
- You must request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase and photographic evidence (for damages/wrong product) is required.

- Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
