However, we’re happy to assist you with refunds under the following conditions:

Eligible for a Refund:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • Your package was lost in transit and not delivered.

Refund Conditions:

  • You must request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase and photographic evidence (for damages/wrong product) is required.
