    • Products must be sealed, unused, and in original condition.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

    Exchanges:

    • We accept exchanges if you received the wrong item or a damaged product.

    • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

    • Please provide photos of the issue and your order number when contacting us.
