Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note: Due to hygiene and safety standards, perfumes that have been opened or sprayed cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
- Contact our support team via support@almomingroup.com or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, photo of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
- Once verified, our team will arrange a pickup or return shipping (depending on your location).
- After inspection, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the product in our warehouse.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in the original payment method used during purchase. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
